Heat has critical influences on machining: it can increase tool wear and then reduce tool life, cause thermal deformation and changes to physical and mechanical properties of the job material. But due to the complexity of machining mechanics, it's hard to predict the intensity and distribution of the heat sources in an individual machining operation, and many efforts in theoretical analyses and experiments have been made to understand this phenomenon, but some problems are still unsolved. This paper reports results of Experimental researches that were performed to investigate how the heat of machining processes changes mechanical and thermal properties of the work-pieces, and how the normal and increased (overloaded) machining parameters changes heat influence and properties of material using in Aeronautics.
