Authors are permitted and encouraged to:

- Archive the final published PDF (Version of Record) in any open repository, institutional archive, or personal/professional website immediately upon publication.
- Share their published work freely on academic networking platforms such as ResearchGate, Academia.edu, and Google Scholar.

To ensure permanent availability and discoverability, all content published in International Research Journal of Innovations in Engineering and Technology (IRJIET) is indexed and archived with the following bodies and services:
- Digital Object Identifier (DOI) assigned to every article via CrossRef
- Indexed in Google Scholar, EBSCO, ProQuest, CrossRef-DOI, WorldCat, OpenAlex, Zenodo, Open Access Library (OALib), and other major academic databases
Article Publication Charges (APC)
To support editorial processes, peer review management, and online hosting, IRJIET charges an Article Processing Charge (APC).
- APC Amount: USD 50 per accepted paper for International author, INR 1000 for Indian author
- Charges are applied only after successful peer review and acceptance
- There are no submission charges
Waiver Policy
IRJIET is committed to supporting researchers with limited funding. APC waivers or discounts may be granted under the following conditions:
- Authors from low-income or developing countries
- Students or early-career researchers without funding support
- Authors facing genuine financial hardship
Waiver Guidelines:
- Waiver requests must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission or before review
- Requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the editorial team
- Granting a waiver does not influence the editorial decision
Open Data & Reproducibility
Authors are encouraged to make all research data, code, and supplementary materials openly available in recognised repositories (e.g., Zenodo, Figshare, Dryad) and to link these in the article at the time of publication.
